America's founders rejected the income tax entirely but when I spoke of taxes they recognize the needs for uniformity of equal protection of all citizens.all duties imposts the exercise should be uninform throughout the United States raise the United States Constitution and 80 years later in the same Spirit the 14th Amendment promised equal protection of laws and all to all citizens
