Source credibility is based on how well the speaker presents the source, not the source's credentials.

Yes.  Source credibility implies that a speaker’s  positive qualities or characteristics affect the receiver or listener’s acceptance of a source. It is how good he is and how well he had presented the source and not the source credentials itself.
