you would find the dimensions of the object that you are drawing then divide it by .16

Here is what I would do:
1. Draw a number line from 0 to 1 that has enough room for 10 1/10 marks on the line.
2. Draw 10 marks between the 1/10 marks so that you have 100 marks between 0 and one.
3. Draw a dot on the mark that represents 0.16.
Should be done.
