So the point-slope form looks like (y-y1) = m(x-x1)
So the first thing we should do is solve for m. We can do this using the slope formula (y1-y2)/(x1 - x2)

(-4 - 4)/(3 - -1) = -2

So our slope is -2. Then plug in any order pair for y1 and x2

So a possible solution is y - 4 = -2(x + 1)
Hopes this helps!
