Answer:

the diffrence between the 2 are

aerobic respiration : requires oxogen, occurs in the mitochondria of cells, produces a lots of ATP per glucose molecule, and used when heart rate and breathing rate rise

anaerobic respiration : occurs in the cytoplasm of cells, dosen't require oxogen, used during the first 1 -2 minutes of exersise , and produces less ATP per glucose molecule
