Answer:

A model is used to simulate reality. Although a model can be effective in a number of ways but still it has many drawbacks. Some of the drawbacks are:

  • They cannot replace reality. Not all the factors influencing a certain event can be studied while generating a model. Hence, there is always a difference between a model and reality.
  • Most models are just approximations and explain things in a convenient manner. They cannot depict the actual complications of a system.
